Hi,
I had some trouble coming up with the minimal developer's kit for
1.06;  at first it seemed that djdev106.zip would do it, but
really, several zipfiles were needed.  When you release 1.07,
could you also include a note showing which zipfiles are needed
for a minimal UNIX-like development environment (i.e. no source,
but compiler, library, etc.)?
