Subject:	DOS to GNU assembler convertion

Does anyone know of a utility that will convert between DOS style
assembly like for TASM and MASM to a UNIX style assembler like the one
packaged with DJGPP?  I know that everything is all different in
protected mode, but it would be nice to have the directives and
formatting fixed up.
