I'm currently working on it (finally!).  I actually got hello.c to run
last night - it's a lot more work than I thought - but it still can't
handle interrupts or paging out quite right yet.  I'll probably have
to completely redesign the valloc and paging routines to handle the
virtual mappings dv/x sets up, so it may take a while.  I'm holding
1.07 for it if I can.
