Beware! Do not use Borland's DPMI based make, (Standard with bc3.0).
It causes random hangs etc. Use the file maker.exe instead, this is a
safe real mode app.

I don't know if this is the cause of some of the recent "hanging"
reports.

BTW this happened both with the Old and the new djgpp.
