I know this question has recently been asked. Unfortunately, I did not see
the response. What are the options for generating useful hardcopy (or simple
ASCII text files) from the .TEX files provided in 1.06/2.01. I have down-
loaded dostex from SIMTEL but it is not exactly easy to use. Thanks.
