Still haven't been able to solve my problem...

I tried gcc 2.01 on two other machines and keep getting same problem--
If the emulator is initialised, then when I try my first fp operation ( a sqrt)
,it crashes, giving me Exception 14(paging error) no 0x0.  It seems that the 
routine is trying to access a page that is out of bounds.

any ideas?
