  In about 1 week, I will be uploading a new version of Rayshade for DOS
(rayshade 4.0) and will also include the ndmake zip file.  I will probably
be putting it all on weedeater.math.yale.edu.  If you can wait, that would
be best.  The reason I say this is that I have done this version with
the URT, so RLE files are generated, not just MTV.
