It's should be back to the 1.3.19 situation. It can still be improved by a new
setup, with my ntsec patch.

Not from here, although there is something I'd like to do some day:
add date/time in syslog output on Win95/98/ME.
At the same time I'd like to print the pids in decimal format (all platforms),
like ps. Is there a reason to keep the hex format?
Also is it really helpful to print both the Windows pid and the cygwin pid?
