Subject: Access Denied using SCP.

As soon as I'm allowed access I'll upload the a w32api-2.2 version.

I don't have problems with ssh, so this is puzzling. I used scp
yesterday with the mingw-runtime, the difference is that I'm now logged
onto my work domain, although I've not had problems before. I suspect
though a crackdown due to the recent SLAMMER virus. If it is a
sourceware.org problem, I need to know.

Thanks,
Earnie.
