Heloo Developers,

Just wanted to introduce myself. You all probably remember me ranting a year
ago when I was a total newbie to cygwin.

Anyway, I wanted to enquire about the "sad state of cygserver" :-) . I've
been taking a look at the code and I'm wondering whether there are any
objections to me having a go at it. I remember last month the maintainer
(Robert Collins?) saying that he currently didn't have much time to work on
it so I'd like to step-up if that's O.K.?
