When we allow inetd or cygrunsrv as a service to interact with
the desktop, the console window pops up and remains on the
desktop until the service terminates. I feel it is annoying.

Moreover, when we execute inetd as a normal application, the
console window remains until the inetd terminates. Both my daemon
patch and the run utility by Charles Wilson can't prevent it.
