    I recall you have done serious work on profiling cygwin? I don't
have dejagnu running here, nor _any idea_ on how to profile cygwin.

I'm planning on trying to track down the reported speed issue with 1.3.1
(which _may_ or _may not_ be related to threads)

I also plan to give python w/threads a shot under a profiler.

So: where should I look for how-to info to profile cygwin itself... and
do I need dejagnu for that?
