I'm thinking of eliminating the error message that shows up when you
get a Windows exception in a cygwin program.

It is un-UNIX-like to print this kind of error.

I was thinking of making this silent when the process was started by
another cygwin process and maybe saying something like:

Illegal termination: SIGSEGV

or something when run from a Windows command shell.

Any objections?
