40 should have been ample as my ratio is 1 in 10.  The cygcheck output
is attached.

It's rxvt that is getting hung not bash.  When moving the mouse cursor
over the rxvt window the mouse cursor moves to the busy/wait pointer. 
Nothing can be processed in that window.  I know bash isn't hung because
I've attached to it.  I'll CVS update soon and do another build to see
what happens.  I'll include the debugging symbols this time.
