Personally, I use a non-windows version of gdb.  Otherwise, there are a
number of environment variables that you'll need to set to get gdb to
search for the tcl/tk stuff in the right location.  I don't know what
those are but there should be some obvious references in the appropriate
source directories or a query to the insight mailing list may be in order.
