I'm the newly volunteered FAQ maintainer, and I'll be working on this.

To quote the FAQ, "We're working on this and should have it up-to-date
soon."

Sorry that I wasn't able to jump right on it in time for the release,
but my wife and I both got hit with bad flus last week, and with 2
young children, and Easter, I've had very little time for Cygwin.
That will change in the next couple of days.
