I note that the termcap library and header files in termcap.tar.gz are
installed to usr/i686-cygwin at present rather than usr/i686-pc-cygwin.
As a consequence, the building of applications requiring libtermcap.a
will fail (eg the insight debugger). Will this be fixed before the net
release?
