ftp://ftp.xraylith.wisc.edu/pub/khan/gnu-win32/cygwin/snapshots/binutils-19990911/

binutils-19990911.tar.gz ......... source archive
binutils-19990911-cygb20.tar.gz ... prebuilt binary
unpacked .......................... "unpacked" binary tree to pick through.

Note that the dir hierarchy in the prebuilt copy is from the old days of
B20/20.1, so you may need to reorganize. Of course, building from source
is trivial as always.

For the patches applied here (all but 1 is already in the sourceware tree):
  http://www.xraylith.wisc.edu/~khan/software/patches/binutils/

Doesn't have my "fast dlltool" patch, I need to test that more.

The version number reported will be 2.9-19990911, which just means that
the tree forked off 1999-09-11 CVS.

Hopefully no packaging goofs ...

Regards,
Mumit
