Subject: Accelerate sockets communication ?
Date: Mon, 9 Aug 1999 10:13:37 +0200
X-Mailer: Messagerie Internet de Microsoft/MAPI - 8.0.0.4211
Encoding: 9 TEXT

It seems to me that period of communication with sockets on the same
machine is constant. Indeed this period does not depend on data volume,
computer speed or number of processes simultaneously running.
Does it work with a timer?
Is there any configuration variable to speed up the communication?

Thanks
