Perhaps, but the consequences of leaving it seem worse.

I fixed the README there, and I'll fix the source docs too.

Hmmm... Anyone want to volunteer to rename their user.exe to
usertools.exe and try installing it?  If not, I'll either try it
myself, or wait and see if anyone complains ;-)
