I've forwarded this to the developers because of the interesting entries in the registry.  Henry Johnson <hjohns AT valcom DOT com> sent me this and I've responded to him so there is no need for you to take action.  Take a look at the output from the `cygcheck -s -v' and you'll notice my concern.  Somehow he was able to get a \r as part of the mounted path name.  I've instructed him on how to remove these.

BTW, thank-you DJ for such a wonderful tool.

Thanks for the response,

Tried the CYGWIN options and the 
updated cygwin1.dll and the problem did 
not change.  It is interesting that the 
number of files required to make it 
fail is not absolute - may vary btwn 
38..45.
