Hi Carlos,

I find that pcGRASP is a nice configurable IDE for the GCC
environment.  You can find it at http://www.eng.auburn.edu/grasp.  The
license isn't GPL and I haven't found source so I'm guessing it isn't
OpenSource either :-( but it's license does give you free use and
distribution rights without limitations.
