Same here. cygwin.exp change that DJ mentions is definitely missing,
but everything else is "fresh" as can be. 

The last run that failed was after ~2500 tests. I'll see if I can
narrow down the problem early next week.

Here's to hoping that b20 will be at least an order of mangnitude
better than b19, and all indications are there that it will be!
