Agreed.  These commands should stay non-interactive.

How about failing to mount on non-existing mount points, but adding a `-f'
(for `force') option for the really determined user who doesn't want to
create mount points?  I'm really keen to see Cygwin's behaviour mock other
typical Unices as much as possible.
