I have setenv TERM ansi, but setenv TERM linux produces same result.
Properties:
Options: cmd bufsiz 50, quickedit, insertmode
Font: face 'lucida console', size 12
Layout: screenbufsize 100 lines by 80 cols, with scrollbars

The tcsh sources are original, not patched.

And this doesn't occure with bash. I think, the difference
between them is on bash-side the usage of gnu-readline.
Is it all the same or does this change the things?

I have tested it with CYGWIN32='tty'. So, the inverting
doesn't occure, but now vim 5.0 doesn't recognize
console line setting. It ever works with 25 lines :-(((
