-@con does not work in current implementation. Sorry.
I think we should realize that this functionality was basically added for
people using the command.com under Win95 so I tried to keep it as simple as
possible so as not to unnecessarily clutter the code. But if this feature
is believed to be of some value for general use and more than just the
Win95 people use it than I am more willing to have it done right. I agree
that it does not work as one would expect with quotes.
