1. Not all files are checked for symlink now, "system" file attribute
checked first.
2. Nt 3.51 (still widely used, btw) has no IShellLink API.
3. The format of .lnk file is undocumented.
4. I see the best solution in UWIN - it uses its own symlinks (almost
identical to cygwin's symlinks :-) but treats .lnk files as symlinks too.
