This pthread_create() call (all the fails failed on it) works for me,
with my current HEAD build. I'm rebuilding after updating to the latest
code (I didn't have the cygserver merge in my sandbox), and I've flushed
a trivial patch (that doesn't affect pthread_create) that I thought I'd
committed no the 24th, but obviously forgot to.
What chance it's a test suite anomaly - running with a different dll
version or some such interaction?
