Hey guys, let's not run Dave down.  We really don't know anything about him.
I know I'm far from perfect, and I'd bet we each have a few less than
admirable qualities that others could comment on.  For all we know the guy
could be a great person who'd just had a bad day and misinterpreted the
email he got.  I've done the same.  I'm sure you have too.  Let's cut this
guy some slack and give him a chance to mend his ways before we break out
the dogs.
