Subject:	Can't get to repository

I updated my sandbox from the repository and built cygwin1.dll from
scratch; now everything is stack-dumping immediately on startup.

So I'm trying to update my sandbox again to see if anyone else noticed
this problem and fixed it, but I can't:

  lizard:~/cygwin-cvs/src!32> cvs -q update
  Fatal error, aborting.
  load average of 60 is too high
