There are currently two CVS repositories. One here and one at
SourceForge. I've been keeping the two synchronized and I won't be able
to do that with these files included.

You're not the only one making MinGW releases. I've also asked for the
privilege in the past.

That's fine, I just don't think you should add these binary files to the
CVS repository.

I know you do. However, it will become the Cygwin version of MinGW.
