I just made some changes for dealing with a proxy. setup 1.30 may
work a little better.
Also, the assumption that he was timing out due to a firewall may not be
correct. If he was going to sourceware, he could well have been having
problems connecting due to the limited number of ftp connections allowed
on that site.
As I mentioned earlier, I'm starting to think that we should have
another directory which contains all of the files in a flat format,
along with setup. The user could then download the .tar.gz files that
he needs and use setup.exe to install them.
Then we'll only get complaints from people who don't know how to use
file wildcards rather than directory wildcards.
