The architecture names used in some packages diverge
`i686-cygwin', `i686-cygwin32' and `i686-pc-cygwin'.

cygwin : i686-cygwin
gdb : i686-pc-cygwin32
binutils : i686-pc-cygwin32

I think these names should converge one of them.
