I am referring to the ChangeLog entry on each snapshot item on the
cygwin snapshot web page. This lists the ChangeLog differences since
the last snapshot. There is also a diffs file since the last snapshot
which contains changes to the ChangeLog.
For instance, here is the URL of the last ChangeLog difference:
http://sourceware.cygnus.com/cygwin/snapshots/winsup-changelog-19990717-19990718
I have absolutely no idea why you are asserting that there is no
ChangeLog file or diff file available. This has been a feature of
the snapshots page since the beginning.
