What about to include that command into base cygwin distribution?

Subject: [ANNOUNCE] passwd-1.0
Hello,
I have written a tiny `passwd(1)' command, based on the options and
the man page of Linux-passwd. It's working directly on the WinNT
security database of the local computer.
At:
ftp://ftp.franken.de/pub/win32/develop/gnuwin32/cygwin32/porters/Vinschen_Corinna/B20
you'll find
passwd-1.0.README
passwd-1.0.tar.gz
Have fun,
Corinna
