When converting to win32 path, I'd like to see a complete win32 pathname generated (with symbolic links resolved and all) rather than the half job done right now. Someone on the gnu-win32 list posted something on using ``cygpath -w'' as a conversion tool, and this change will make that possible. Is there a rationale for the current behaviour that I'm not aware of? The change is of course just a few keystrokes. Regards, Mumit
