As I mentioned earlier, although we really appreciate the work you've
put into the /dev stuff, it will not be in B20.  The mount options that
we're talking about, and any bug fixes, should, hopefully, be the last
feature to make it in.

After B20, we should finalize a method for dealing with
dev/symbolic-link/UNIX permission issues.
