Hi!

Once more - troubles with a floating point using latest cygwinb19.dll... Would you like to send me current newlib sources to check with?

Hallo Sergey,

I work with cygwin32 and your patches for several years on WinNT. Most often I
use bash and gawk, as a physicist most time I handle megabytes of figures.
Last week I had to run a awk-script on really a lot of data, it seemed to work
fine but did not. The output-file (a huge matrix of floating points) had wrong
signs in it. I used this awk-script before (may 98) without any problems. The
problem could be reproduced many times, the wrong signs were always at the
same places. I believe the problem came with B19.3 and has something to do
with print and printf or with doing calculations within a print or printf statement
in awk. Using an old cygwinb19.dll (19.1) the problem was solved.
Maybe you are interested in this bug, I'm only USING the stuff, no idea to solve
such a problem for myself.

Greetings from Germany
