At 06:05 PM 2/17/98 GMT, you wrote: >I have a line like this in one of your in-house makefiles: > >$(prodfiles): %: %.prod > @echo "Making $@";$(mklock) $@ '$(product) $? > $@.tmp; mv $@.tmp $@' > >This version of make complains about this line. I do have MAKE_MODE >set to unix. Is there something else I need to do? Details? Which makefile? How is it complaining? I need to be able to reproduce the problem. When you said "your in-house makefiles" did you mistakenly mean your own in-house makefile. If so could you e-mail me the makefile or enough of it and other sources to reproduce the bug. Best Regards, Eric
