Coolness.  With Ian's latest pty work in Cygwin32, I have expect
working and have successfully ran gdb.base/help.exp and the binutils
tests on my NT box.  There are issues with pathnames that prevent the
testsuite from working with just a "make check" but they shouldn't be
too hard to resolve.  :-)
