Subject: UPX & UCL

I just created the package for UCL.. but I found that UPX doesn't
directly use the UCL library that the UCL packages install, it needs the
full UCL source directory.
So I think that the better thing would be to have UCL directly in a
subdirectory in the UPX package.
Or else an UCL "source package" that is a prerequisite for the UPX
"source package" (is this possible?).

Do we need UCL package nonetheless to use it elsewhere?

BTW: real UPX compiled by the author uses NRV library instead of UCL,
that is a non-open-source version of UCL that compresses a bit better.
