The -src package is incorrected packaged:

usr/doc/Cygwin/
usr/doc/Cygwin/tcp_wrappers_7.6.README
usr/src/
usr/src/tcp_wrappers_7.6/
usr/src/tcp_wrappers_7.6/Banners.Makefile
usr/src/tcp_wrappers_7.6/BLURB
usr/src/tcp_wrappers_7.6/CHANGES
...

Not good.

Also, the name should be 'tcp_wrappers-7.6-REL...'; the package release 
version is missing.
