But why do you want this in the graphical setup utility?
Isn't it better to have a command-line (for cmd.exe, cygwin dll-independent)
setup utility, with all possible options and tricks?

Those who want more control on the setup, would have it then, and those who 
simply wants to set up from scratch, or quickly upgrade to the newest 
version, would have a simple and straightforward windows tool...

sorry, maybe I'm too optimistic on that
