Who, packaging has never been so simple... UCL ans UPX's Makefile already
supports both cygwin target and no-cygwin target =)
It needs STL's vector though and I never installed that in the mingw install
dir.

Shouldn't maybe STL be included in cygwin default includes? (or maybe in a
separated package, both for cygwni and no-cygwin)
Many programs just suppose that it is "here".

I know that out there there are quite a few "variations" of them though
(personally I only used SGI's one) but I do most of my OOP in Java so don't
know very well STL, so I'm basically seeking for sugestions ;-)
