No, for Setup 3.0 or whatever the release-after-next will be numbered, I think
we almost need to have something like that.  In particular I think we need to do
the "popup-text-tooltip-when-the-description-text-goes-off-the-screen" trick,
since pretty much every description overflows the allotted real-estate.
