Not that I could find.

Sortof.  I didn't type it in; it already "knew" somehow.  And it was in 
this form: '\\polgara\private\software\windows\cygwin' with backslashes, 
not forward slashes.  (Retyping it with forward slashes doesn't seem to 
change anything)
