I would suggest a voting scheme here:

  0 - I don't care, process as you want
 +0 - I'm agreeing to most of it, with some restrictions
 +1 - I'm definitly agreeing with you
 -0 - I disagree, even if your opinion is consistent and rational
 -1 - I totaly disagree, due to fatal error in that opinion

So, what votes are given for "leaving /etc/httpd" ?
