Hi,

I think I have found the problem which results in people complaining
about a missing entry point in cygintl.dll when starting vim.

When somebody makes a clean install and chooses vim, the dependency
gets resolved by choosing the `prev' version of gettext, if available.

A dependency should always be solved by choosing the `curr' version
of packages.
