I just reread this. I've a few suggestions - Chris, if these are ok,
I'll happy do them.

1) Does bootstrap.zip still exist? If so, where is it?
2) "attempting to use Winzip will likely..." -> Attempting to use Winzip
WILL result in an inoperable...
3) "if you are adventurous... " add in that the user should also grab
the setup.exe and .ini from the top level of the mirror they download
from, and that binary mode MUST be used for all files.

lastly, the "highly recommend" I'd change to "only support".
