Ah.  Is this documented anywhere on the Web site?  I don't see it
anywhere in <URL:http://www.cygwin.com/setup.html>, which would seem
like a logical place for it.

If whoever owns this page agrees that this would be a logical place,
I'll volunteer to write the text to document the functionality.  Let
me know.
